F10 M5 Engine Concept - Video

Hi All,

Here is an interesting video around the engine of the F10, describing the main differences and improvements over the X5/X6M engine.

And another one about the M5 brakes

I LOVE Havanna, it reminds me of Sepang Bronze for the E60 M5 (which I love just a bit more).

I'm sorry but that engine is sick. Truly amazing what they've done there.

I agree with this statement, but you have to think about what BMW did with the 1M. They said it has 335hp and 370tq, later finding out that those numbers are to the wheels. What if that's what they did with the M5!?!?

I am not convinced by this turbo setup. I do not think anyone can tell the difference in terms of throttle response, as it is a big heavy sedan afterall, but everybody hears the difference in sound.

These BMW engines sound so bad I would go for E63 AMG instead. Seriously.

Peak power is sustained till redline @7200 without the drop off like the X5M. Compare the torque curve of both engines.
