Advice on lowering springs for active suspension

I currently have a 2014 535i M-sport manual transmission (one of the last produced I am sorry to say) with DHP. Frankly, the DHP in sport + is just about perfect in terms of suspension stiffness, however, I am interested in lowering the car slightly. Changing sway bars is not an option with the active suspension, however, I would like to get some input on the springs. There is also a lot of discusson on the downside of doing just springs without addressing the struts. I would be interested in whether I'll cause other issues in an active suspension set up by just doing springs.

I have ACS springs on my car with DHP. Huge improvement to stance as well as performance. Plus, I added Dinan Shockware to reprogram the DHP to be stiffer.

Good to know - I didn't know if you could change the springs without messing up the DHP components. I'm assuming the downside, though, is that all settings get more harsh. It would be nice to lower the stance a bit, but I feel I'd be disappointed with losing some of the benefit of a cushy Comfort+ when the road calls for it.

I checked with Bavarian Autosport and ACS does not appear to have springs approved for the 2014 535i, however, Eibach does. I've heard good things about Eibach in fact I believe that Eibach manufactures springs for ACS to their specs. I may have to give them a go. I was also told by Eibach that there should be no issue doing just the springs without doing anything with the shocks

Thanks, very helpful Can you order direct from ACS and this website or do they only use distributors, trying to find pricing etc?

I don't know much about the F10 yet, but I ran the Dinan springs on my F30 with dynamic suspension and it was an amazing combo. ...didn't get around to shockware before I sold it. But looks and handling were greatly improved. ...was planning on going with them again on my F10.
