2011 535i clutch slipping

New BMW owner of a 2011 535i love my car.. I've noticed a few times when shifting from first to second gear at 6,000 rpms it doesn't hook up. It seems like its slipping the are rpms go up but the the speed of the car doesn't accelerate. I have turned the DSC off to sport mode i know it's not that. Has anyone run into this problem? I am scheduling to take it in and have it serviced.

i guess it's just my car that does that?
