Dyno Results JB4 (N55)

I took my F10 535i to EAS and had it dyno'd today. The results were shocking, the HP was lower than I had expected but Terry said that 90 degree weather doesn't help. But the Torque i'm putting out is about 100ft/lb over stock which is great.

My mods:
RSi catless Down pipe
Megan Racing Axle Back Exhaust
JB4 Stage 2 tune (map 0, map 1, map2)
91/100 octane (50/50 mix)

We took a total of 7 runs and here are three of the best. We tried out map 2, map 1, and map 0.

Map 2 (14.5psi)- 297.98 whp (375hp crank aprox). 365.95 wtq (446tq crank aprox).
Map 1 (12.5psi)- 298.97 whp (372hp crank aprox). 347.91 wtq (424tq crank aprox).
Map 0 (stock boost)- 287.59 who (359hp crank aprox). 304.91 wtq (372tq crank aprox).

map 1 is default, and all you need is the USB cable from burger tuning and the JB4 software. once you have that its simple.

but you need downpipes and 100/91 octane mix to run map 2

I don't think it's the downpipes fault. Look a Jakeems dyno run on the RSi dp post. He has 310 whp with meth and more mods. The N55 isn't performing like the n54s unfortunately

go online, there are websites that'll approximate the conversion.

my conversion said your putting out 331 whp, where'd you dyno it at?

I don't need it because stage 2 has a dp fix built in to it.

Just noticed this....isn't your stock (map 0) hp a little on the high side?

How is the tune so far? ANY negative issues to report?

From what i've gathered on the N55 boards doesn't seem like downpipes are worth it on this car. Barely any gains from the E9X N55 dyno's i've seen.

It is quite high but that's because the car didnt have time to adapt. It was switched from map 1 straight to map 0 and then dyno'd.

But I like it a lot so far. Especially map 2 with 100 octane mix. It pulls really well. As you can tell 365 wheel torque is really good for this engine.

I just wish the HP gains were more. I was hoping with stage 2 the car should atleast put down 320ishwhp since Jakeem already put down around 310 with stage 1.

Once we see the rematch with that M3 we can gauge just how much of a difference stage 1-2 really is in real world situations. You hung with the M3 pretty good when you were just stage 1 until the end.

My friend with the M3 just became catless so he has an extra 20-30 hp. Which isn't going to give an accurate representation of the F10s power.

But we dyno'd his car at 370 whp and 270 wheel torque so the f10 is putting out almost 100 more wheel torque than him which is crazy.
