Run-Flat question

I have the 19" M-Sport pkg with the stock michelin run flat's. Does anyone else experience vibration or a general feeling of non-confidence in these tires above 90mph?

if you have moved away from the stock tires what are you doing about a spare?

I did not have that experience , no vibration above 90mph, Of course changing to sport and sport + settings also helps. Mine came with Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT DSST, maybe there is a difference. I'm also considering the change to non run-flats.Found this link a while back:

My local dealer also has a set up for a spare, so check with yours. Hope this helps.
