All you need is a 13mm wrench and you can turn the nut in the picture above. My F10's hood came from the factory where the drivers side was sitting a few mm too high and this fixed it up nicely.

Theres also two rubber stoppers on each side of the engine bay but i didn't find them doing much in terms of adjusting the hood.
