2013 M5/M6 recall? Affected 550i's?

Any of you guys seen this article? Hmm I wonder if this also affects us too (those of us with 550i's) since our engine the N43 is basically a de-tuned version of the same engine found in the M5/M6. Anybody heard anything from their dealership?

Would really suck but I'd rather be safe than sorry and need a new engine and be without my car. Dealers are being contacted and BMW NA is expected to cover all repairs/expenses.

Unless you hear something nothing to worry about... 550i have the N63 engine

Yeah I know its the N63 but its basically a de-tuned M5 engine so concern is that similar architecture and parts may result in failure of engines in the 550i also if they have the same faulty pumps no?
