Music thru' Bluetooth?
Is there a way to get music from an Iphone 5 (or any Smart phone) to Bluetooth thru’ the car’s stereo? I do have the iPod adaptor – which is good for charging etc., but it would be cool to Bluetooth the I5’s music thru’ the stereo for shorter trips.

In the iDrive under "phone" click on "Bluetooth" and then highlight your phone. Click on "Configure phone" and if your options on your 5er support it (Bluetooth audio) you will have an option to turn on the music streaming via bluetooth there.

Make sure you're running the latest radio software update b/c the original version only provided Bluetooth for telephone calls and not for your music selections.
Enjoy!
