I've ordered the gtc ev exhaust with the remote upgrade. I kind of feel like the remote itself is a tacky as a way of opening and closing the valves. Has anyone tried to use the home link option on the mirror to remember the signal? I would think it would work if the signal was the same....

I called gthaus and they didnt know if it would work.

I just ordered one today too, did you get put on the waiting list as well?

I thought the remote looked tacky as well and went for the switch instead. Plan on having my car audio shop put it somewhere stealth or hook it up to an unused switch somewhere near the driver.

Your idea of the home link mirror is genius and I would definitely be interested if that was possible.

I must have just squeezed by as I should have mine next week.

I've also talked with my stereo shop about figuring something out but the homelink would be ideal. Gthaus did say the signal was radio so I have some hope. It's just hard to find any specs on the remote to figure it out. I'll email Gthaus to see if I can get more info.
