How do you install this on a non M sport bumper. Does the original bumper have to be but?

Yes it needs to be trimmed. It uses the factory hardware underneath the rear bumper to mount it and double sided tape on the upper portion

any idea where I can find a Hamann CF front spoiler for non M-tech front bumper? The only ones I see is non carbon fiber... I see "Hamann Style" but not actual hamann front spoilers... or rear spoiler or roof spoiler--would be sweet if I can have it all CF...

i believe there is only hamann carbon fiber rear diffuser.
the actual hamann is not CF
