Yes they were professionally welded from AutoCouture Motoring here in NJ. Some how the Eisenmann company they dont send out the cramps no more.
Even if cramps were came, I would just weld it incase for the air leak.

This is with straight pipe and delete resonator, right? How would it sound simply swapping out the oem 535i exhaust with this exhaust? Any droning while driving?

There is minumum droning 2800 ~ 3000 rpm. Eisenmann is known as low and deep sound exhaust. You can't really tell dronine while local driving, but when you get on to high way you can tell drone when you constantly go 2800 rpm tho. It is really a minimum so I took out resonator to make it sound louder. If you like better deep sound, it should not be a big problem.

What would it take to put this on a non M sport F10?

you might add that these fit 550's as well. The inlet angle is slightly different but can handled by any competent exhaust shop. I used these on my 550. Mounting points are the same
