Offset. 20x9 35mm front and 18 back?

So im thinking about getting a set of concept one cs10s and I want to go 20x9 all around because of the x drive. Will 20x9+18 fit in the rear without any problems if I lower my car?

If i'm not mistaken the stock 9" wheel is ET44 in the rear on F10/F11 so it will stick out 26 mm more than stock. And that will be about 5-6 mm outside of the wheelarch.
