F10 (diesel) maintenance schedule?

Hello,

I'm due for my first service - 1900 km or 02/2013 - whichever comes first. What shall I expect for them to service apart from change oil and oil filter? What about filters? Car is diesel. I have a comprehensive maintenance contract by the way, but I guess this doesn't matter. Best if one can point me to BMW's official maintenance schedule which lists what gets changed when.

Also, should I wait until 200 km for example or can I take it in immediately?

If its the same as the E60 service schedule the first two CBS services are just an oil/filter change with pollen filters as well. On top of them you will have the brake fluid service every two years.

In Norway the first service is at 30000 km, 1900 seems very early to change oil and filters.

Yeah, in the US it is 15,000. Miles.

Perhaps diesel has a different interval?

I guess you mean 19,000 km ?

Mine is due at 19,000m or 11/2013 (it is a Jan/12 car)

OP means 1900km left until service, not that the mileage of the car is 1900km.

my 2012 530d had next service at 19000 MILES when I picked it up.(or 2 years which ever sooner)

It'll obviously vary on how you drive it but its looking like its going to stay around that figure for me so far .(4500 miles on the clock so far)
