How to visually see what stereo is fitted

In a car.

I'm looking at a F11 to get, but there are no written info on what stereo it has.
Can anyone "see" it based in pictures in the add?

Easiest way would be to get the VIN then do a lookup on it here http://bmwvin.com/

No speaker in the rear doors, so no HiFi Prof (677).
So it basic or the HiFi (676).

Check also the front door window corner, mirror level to see if any corner speakers, just like in the word doc attached to this tread http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=403900

After looking into this, it looks like it got tweeters in the front doors, so it has the HiFi system (676).

Yeah, it is the basic stereo. No speakers present in the rear passenger doors AND the speaker covers in the front driver/passenger doors have a round circle you can see. The upgrade HiFi stereo you don't see the round circle AND there are speakers in the back passenger doors. It is VERY difficult to find everything on your "WNT" list when looking for a used BMW - too many options to choose from. That's why I bit the bullet and finally ordered one just the way I wanted it - hopefully that will encourage me to own my car for a longer period of time. HAHAHAHAHA!!! BUT - I wouldn't settle for the basic stereo system for sure. Good Luck with your search

F10/F11 with 677 sound systems have a metal or at least a metal colored tweeter in the front doors, as seen in this pics.
I know it's not that easy to see this in the pics on finn.no, but it might help.

The basic stereo system in US is the upgraded 676 system here in Europe.

I was considering ordering the exec package just to get 677, but went to a dealer and listened to the hifi 676 unit in the 5. I'm no audiophile, but the 676 sounded fantastic. So, unless you are really picky about your music, I don't think you will be disappointed with the 676 option.
