2013 528i Lease

Hey guys: A friend of mine is considering the following deal:

MSRP: 56695
3 year lease
15,000 Miles
Residual 60%
MF: .0013

The dealer quoted her $575 per month with $5000 down. What do you guys think?

Is the markup too high? The car has the following features:
Navigation
Park Distance
Black Leather
Rear View Camera

Let me know what you guys think / what deals are out there? Thanks!

I received several quotes a couple of weeks ago for a 535i around 57K with no money down at $509-$535 in NJ.

When she is all set and done after three years she will be spending about $25,000, I think she should buy my 535 x drive for 42 grand at a steel... The extra 17 grand in the long run can go a long way... No millage cap, faster car/bigger engine, x drive and in 3-4 years when she gets rid of it, it will be worth at least 20 grand, that's the extra 17 grand that she had to put out to buy the car instead lease something right back in her pocket or a great down payment for her next car

Bllomfield and freehold have good deals. They both are sister delarships. i got my 550 from freehold, but i was also speaking with bloomfield on another 550. as per morristown, i had sent email but never heard back. rite now bloomfield has 2013 550ix with cold weather package for $569/month with $0 down for 36months 10K. i don't think they have applied the $1500 lease cash yet. so i think you can get it even cheaper. thanx!
