10.5 front wheel offset

Anybody tried this setup?
20*10.5 front.
dropped on H&R
Will there be any rubbing issues?? And which ET should I go with?

Not sure I even seen 9.5 done in the front on the F10 in here.

I have 9 inch wheel in front outer width of the rim is close to 10" with ET29 and its exactly flush. 10,5 inch will be close to 11,5" wide. It also depends on the wheel design i think. In my case the BBS CH-R 10,5" tire will stick out 13 mm outside the wheelarch and it will go 25 mm inn towards the strut housing. I'm not sure, but i think it could be a problem with rubbing Even without lowering.
