Actually all three are height adjustable.
V1- NIL
V2- Rebound adjustable
V3- Rebound and compression(bump) adjustable
Rebound is how soft(slow) or hard(fast) you want the shock return back to the initial stage.
Compression(bump) is how fast or slow you want to compress the shock.
There is a delicate balance between the two adjustments.
My set up now is a bit soft for rebound from recommended setting and recommended setting for compression. Feel a bit bouncy on highway and need a bit more stable on cornering. I will have both settings adjusted a bit harder soon.
The rebound is easy to adjust (underneath the hood and from the rear speakers, can self adjust anytime) while the compression probably needs to jack up the car (can't DIY).
