Do compare the build quality too. I have many state that BMW's feel more solidly built.
For me the deal breaker is the interior. The seats in audi A6 are horrendous compared to the BMW 5 series.I prefer how the center console wraps around flows into the dash in the BMW.
Personally as all have mentioned Sportier Luxury vs powerful luxury.
