The retrofit is very straight forward with all necessary parts in place. No mods required, just unplug old and put new one in. I had to buy all individual components to assemble it together including the Air Bag. The entire thing cost me ~$1900. It is much better wheel from the regular, non-sport, and since it is M5/M6 the material of plastic that others complain is different (no creaking unless I press it hard).
