Between MHD, and Bootmod3 who has a more smoother tune?
Not sure, but my MHD seems smoother than stock... Throttle response is better (initial throttle tip in is very linear).

One thing that really annoyed me about the stock "comfort" mode on my 2013 is that it rounds off all throttle inputs - this makes it difficult (especially with a manual transmission) to slip the clutch accurately, and makes launching the car difficult to get consistent results. I feel that the MHD tune removes some of this layer and is more honest to your right foot. The rounded throttle inputs might be good for a limo driver on an automatic trans car, but sucks for us 6mt guys. The MHD tune fixes some of that. Because the MHD has higher boost targets, there is slightly longer time to go from light throttle to max boost, but this is just because the turbo has to spin faster. It feels a very slight bit more "turboey" but it is just the nature of the beast. Overall, the MHD is very smooth - light years smoother than a JB4.
