I had issues with a BMW dealer that wanted to charge more for the hourly labor and more hours for the repair than what Route 66 was paying. That was for replacing the valve cover gaskets and the alternator bracket seal in my previous 2010 550i. Route 66 was claiming their rates are based on Mitchell's manuals and the dealer was quoting what their BMW system was telling them. I ended up paying the difference (about $400) as I was fed up with all the hassle and I was pressed on time.
