I have a product called Langka
paint chip repair as part of my car care arsenal and it works exactly as advertised. It can repair your paint chip to near perfect condition using BMW touch-up paint. If you want to try something at home that does not require re-painting anything, I'd recommend starting there. The technique you use to smooth out the repair takes a bit of practice and patience, but it does work well.
