Do note that there is a special removal tool (00 9 340) that facilitates button removal...but the tool can probably be easily fashioned from something you have around your home. Here's a pic below of the tool...and if you click the link above to the TIS website...there's more images: |
Great information and I am 100% with you.
To me, it seems like, these are the folks who do not know how to use the "Auto" function of the unit. When necessary, touching the knobs to adjust the temp makes sense but not the actual buttons.
It is super rare occurrence if I ever had to touch any of the buttons.
Now, heated seat buttons, completely different story
