As per this thread, it does appear that E60 M5 front calipers will bolt onto an F10:

This thread hasn't really discussed that mod at length, but I don't believe you need a caliper carrier with those E60 M5 front calipers. Either way, I'm not sure you'd get any real improved braking power from that mod, so probably not worth the trouble.
