I'm not saying they might not produce total duds for material at all costs. I'm not trying to pick a side I'm just saying I see their point despite the frustration, which I would be here talking about it too. It serves as a warning for all of us for this vendor and this particular product. That's what I was looking for. They may have other products that are better because the time and material the manufacturer is willing to spend is less likely to have an issue, such as deck spoilers and the other bolt ons. This is possibly because the odds of that piece being installed improperly (not saying that's the case) or being misused (like slamming into something) is less likely.
