Basically, there is something weird about F10 headlights and how the functionality is implemented. The coding works on F30 and some other models, but fails on F10 despite aggressive calibrations. Coding the changes makes the headlights "move more", but from my search no one to date managed to get the VLD or the high-beam "tunnel" lighting to work on US spec F10 (I've found more recent threads as well).
The instructions are there, so you're welcome to try it and report your results!
