We bought our F10 @ 110k miles, and changing the AT fluid was one of the first things we did. I'd like to learn how to do it myself, as it doesn't seem that hard. I plan to do it @ 150k miles. I think the older fluid rule might be more >150k miles, but I'm just a rando on the internet.
