Hi all,
Looking to retrofit NiVi2 onto my car. I found a guide
here, but I still have a few initial questions...
1) Will it work with the CIC I have? It already has DVD, TV and reversing camera installed, I believe I will need a video switch as well?
2) I looked on eBay for kits, I found two examples,

here, and they seem cheap for what they are? Can someone tell me if it's what I'm looking for, or should I avoid? The lens looks a bit damaged in both auctions, is that still OK?
3) I see some adverts for a brand-new camera, like
this. I know the camera and ECU need to be paired, but, say, if the camera gets damaged, how do we pair the new camera with the old module? Or does it absolutely have to be a pair? Or is a new camera a better option?
4) The parts I will need are:
- Camera
- Camera module
- Grille
- Washer hose
- Button panel
- 6111 9238 633 cable
- 61132359999 repair kit
- Night vision activator
- Night vision cable set. What's the part number?
- Video switch?
- Extra cabling for video switch?
- Anything else? I feel I am missing some more...
5) Is
this guide the one I want?
