Which reminds me of this live performance(this song is in the absurdistic but fun 2022 film White Noise, now on Netflix) by LCD Soundsystem. Not pretty original, but 80s vibe galore: Talking Heads/TomTom Club/New Order anybody?
LCD also have one live song in which the leadsinger tries to pretend to 'be' Ian Curtis from Joy Division. I don't have a problem with that. Just saying.
