Well I live in the bum f middle of nowhere went to 3 shops to get headlight activated nobody can do it. Decided to get myself a laptop and do it myself....

Well I hate windows it's beyond miserable OS , I get to the point of having Standard Tools installed and Rheingold 4.24 ISTA D installed... when I launch it I get the error that the database is missing. It's installed, I am trying to troubleshoot but miserable. Anyone know of a fool prove way to get an install onto a PC ?? It's literally mind boggling how the world has come from carburetors that need 15min of fiddling to needing a PC based laptop with days of trying to install things. I almost wish someone sold an HD with it pre installed so I could just swap it into the Dell I have.
