Chiming in a little:
F10's come with two different types of oil cooling. Coolant-to-oil, or oil-to-air. The former depends a lot on your coolant temperature. Log your coolant temperatures and make sure they're not shockingly low, usually due to a bad thermostat. The latter is divorced from coolant temperatures and is regulated by an oil thermostat.
