CAR IS F01, BUT LIKELY SIMILAR TO F10/F11

Hello everyone.

I am newbie when it comes to coding, but can follow instructions..

I bought aftermarket headlights from AliExpress for my F01.

They were plug and play, no coding required to work, meaning I haven’t coded anything for them.

I had adaptive bi xenon’s before before.

Main difference is that the new ones are LED and don’t have AFS/cornering lights.

They required to move over the headlight modules from the old lights to the new ones.

I am experiencing the error: side/daytime lights fault.

The angel eyes in the drivers side go out, everything else still works.

As soon as I shut off the car and restart it (even instant restart) they work perfectly again for another 30 min / 1hr.

Which makes me believe it’s a coding issue.

I have scanned it with Bimmerlink and get these two codes in FRM:

800F88: The output daytime running light / left position light has a short circuit

800F8C: Left cornering light defective

Any ideas?
I have BimmerCode and hoping someone can guide me a little which parameters to change in expert mode.

I think I am looking for a way to code out AFS and cornering lights on my car, but not sure.
