3kg rye loaf baked yesterday. 60% whole rye flour and 40% unbleached white all purpose flour. My usual daily bread for breakfast.

I cut the large loaf into 6 pieces and freeze all of them, except the one piece I use daily for breakfast. The large loaf lasts a month or so, depending on travel schedule.
