CIC Maps Update Error
Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone here might be able to help, as the F10 forum seems more active.
I recently bought an E60 with CIC and it still has the original 2010 maps installed. I’m trying to update to the latest compatible version (Australia Premium 2020), but I’m getting an “incorrect activation code” error.
I’ve pulled the FSC (HEX) file and generated the code using Jaeger’s tool—tried both the standard method and “VIN (By Date).” I’ve also tested both single-use and lifetime codes, but none have worked so far.
Has anyone come across this before, or know what I might be doing wrong? Any tips would be really appreciated.
