Ventilated comfort seat are great and a must for me (we have them on E65 also). I got rid of sport seats and retrofitted these.
I paid around 675USD for a set including shipping. That was front seats, rear seats and door panels.
Wiring job depens on what kind of seats you have on your car right now. Fully electric with memory on drivers side? Just electric seats, no memory? Half-electric basic seats?
I had fully electric with memory so all was needed to run one extra wire from both seats to front junction box to get the seats working. As an extra I ran the lin-bus wires for passenger side memory buttons too, but it's not needed. Mine is prelci too. Here are some pointers:
