Watching Tournament of Champions on Food Network, hence my dis description below.
The chef (my GF) prepared a risotto of spinach, parsley, and hot Thai green pepper sauce with truffle cheese and gruyere. On top of the risotto was baked salmon seasoned with Italian herbs, mushroom umami blend, salt, and cracked rainbow peppercorns. To add to the layers, the fish was topped with roasted asparagus, and finished with buttery-soft roasted garlic throughout and extra cheese sprinkled on top of the asparagus.
