My M3 didn't come with a spare (and doesn't have run-flats either). It came with a "mobility kit" which is essentially tire sealant and an electric pump. Anything more than a small puncture and I'm SOL until a tow truck arrives. I'll bet the GT has the same set-up. Probably what's in that BMW bag in the trunk.
