I'd stick to 245/35/20. Lacster's F10 has 20x9 ET25 with 245/35/20 (stated in post #80 in this thread). He's now lowered on KW v3 coilovers.

ACSchnitzer has lowering spring for F10/11 with EDC.
Take a look at EdwinF10's F10, looks great if you don't want to slam it.
