Not yet. It looks like the 530d may come with xDrive when the new engine appears later in 2011. Though we don't really need xDrive in the UK to be honest - we've had bad weather for a couple of winters, but usually we wouldn't need it, nor would we want the increased fuel consumption with our pump prices! Added to that when you have summer performance tyres, and hardly anyone switches to winter tyres, xDrive isn't going to work miracles!
A few European markets offer xDrive especially in counties who get lots of snow and ice.
