Ceramic coatings should be left to the professionals. Yes they will do a full paint correction before applying the coating. Any defect under the paint with the coating on top will get magnified and they will need one buff off the coating and start over. This is a very very expensive product and very labor intensive. So be prepared for the big number they quote you.
