My insight is as the parts are already out, why not? You have easy access to parts that will eventually need to be replaced anyway. I'd probably replace all the rubber parts and gaskets that I have access to now that might be hard to reach after installation.
Car has 127 on the clock; just an FYI for N63 owners the rear main seal was a gusher. Not sure how prevalent that is. Also the intakes had a decent amount of gunk (residue) which makes me think these cars could have used a port injector.
