Those rotors are for F07 (5 series GT) and F01 (7 Series), while the rotors still has 374mm outer diameter, the diameter of the aluminium hat is decreased to make room for brake pads with larger surface area.
I.e. which rotors you should have depends on which calipers you have/plan to use.
