There are not good DIY for F10's on this, or for much of any car. I'll probably do a write up.
1. Jack car up, put it on cradles so suspension is loaded
2. remove end links, take measurements (length and offset from mounting points)
3. Order parts
4. Preset length so there is no load on the sway bar, install.
5. check for clearance at full L/R turn
