I totally agree with many of your points. Why to complicate if it could be easy? For example, closing windows was fine on e60, now after switching off it needs to be pushed manually. Not really an improvement.
I can add some more:
1) no Skip Forward/Backward buttons on the wheel.
2) many small Idrive bugs
3) no convenient place to put keys in a car, bigger keys than e60...
