You don't need comfort access to do this. I dot have comfort and lock the car all the time with it running to drop my daughter in the daycare, or run into the dry cleaners.
Yep agree, my last X5 was a 2008 model so required comfort access in order to lock and leave it started. My new F10 doesn't have comfort access but you can still start and lock. Only had it 4 days so and had no need to check out this function yet...
