thats up to the winner (still a few hrs left, not gonna announce a winner till its offical)... their responsibility as the winner will be to pick the next theme and set up contest #2 thread with rules and whatnot (usually most of the rules stay the same from contest to contest unless it somehow interferes with the theme such as post processing rules).
I'll PM the winner after the poll closes and we'll discuss it all then
