Correct. My suggestion would be to negotiate to a deal without the holiday cash, then subtract holiday cash from agreed sales price as down pmt on sale or cap cost reduction on lease. Less confusing this way.
Also, you should be able to do better than 1k over invoice. There's a member on m3post (golfrrr I think) that can get you an internet quote that should beat that.
