I thought the same - but when you factor in the low mileage - he's within NADA range (at the higher end though). But yeah, most people looking at 550is will hesitate to spend anywhere close to that considering that puts them a couple of thousands away from a previous year M5. Not to mention, the customizations (while tasteful and nice) will knock the resale value down a bit as well.
