Ha! Same thing on my car, tons of rock chips all over the front bumper. My car is white and the bumper is black underneath the pain so its very obvious with all of these black dots on the front bumper. You get them from a car in front of you kicking up little stones, especially on the highway, and those stones hitting your bumper.

I have found dr. colorchip to be a good inexpensive solution to filling in rock chips.
