It appears the Zimmerman p/n is 150.2947.52. Price is £178 each. I have no idea where you could source these in the US, but I can't imagine they'd sell them in the EU and not in the US.
On that website, you can also get CD Zimmerman rotors for the rear F10 345x24mm set up, but you cannot get CD front rotors for the front 374x36mm set up (only for the X5M set up). |

I highly doubt the x5m caliper will clear an 18" wheel. 395x36 rotors are pretty big and you can see they are barely clearing 20" Alpina wheels.
